Job description:
- Assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs
- Supporting tendering, procurement, and contract administration
- Preparing and reviewing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and verify claims
- Helping negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records of project expenses and contracts
- Assisting with cost-saving and risk management efforts
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant professional qualifications
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Work location: Cheng, Melaka
- 5 working days per week (Monday - Friday)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
