Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Project Management to lead and manage diverse IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Obtain necessary approvals and funding.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Break down projects into manageable tasks and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Implement effective change management processes.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effectively communicate project status and risks.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits
Post-Project Review:
- Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned.
- Document project outcomes and share best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Open for Malaysian Citizen ONLY
- Minimum at Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years & Maximum 5 years of experience related (MUST)
- Strong experience in managing IT projects of varying complexity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications.
- Strong project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, hybrid (MUST)
- Strong experience with project management tools e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project (MUST)
- Strong understanding with AI/ML Development tools and programming language (MUST)
- Good to have: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
