Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and BOM lists, ensuring accurate documentation and final verification.
- Support the Critical Facilities Solutions (CFS) sales team with proposal drawings.
- Assist Project Managers in project execution and implementation.
- Plan and execute assigned tasks according to project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of the casual workers to ensure quality standards are met; take corrective actions when needed.
- Review and verify drawings, flag discrepancies, and coordinate timely follow-up.
- Oversee the receipt, distribution, and usage of materials at project sites to minimize loss or wastage.
- Supervise casual workers on-site, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal logistics team.
- Explore new design ideas to enhance output and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max.
- Experience in steel or timber manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.
- Positive attitude, independent, and results-oriented.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
