· Communicate with customers via email, chat, or other channels to capture and respond to feedback and inquiries
· Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or concerns to ensure smooth daily operations
· Prepare and share reports based on customer interaction records, highlighting key insights and suggestions
· Collaborate closely with regional colleagues to align and improve CX efforts
· Support with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team or management
