Job Summary
The Admin cum HR Assistant provides support in both administrative and human resources functions. This role assists with day-to-day operations including documentation, filing, employee support, and general office coordination
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in compiling data into reports and spreadsheets.
- Manage and track office supply inventory; restock as needed.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems; scan and digitize documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and coordinate courier services.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials, and support room setup.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and general office maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and company events when required.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure communal areas are tidy and organized.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain effective communication with the Managing Director.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
2. HR Support
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, warning letters, and memos.
- Support the onboarding process, staff training sessions, and employee welfare programs.
- Help schedule and coordinate performance reviews.
- Assist with basic payroll data entry for the Finance team.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
