About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team and ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of our investment systems platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of system changes, maintaining high standards of quality, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure enhancements support business needs without disrupting operations.
From pre-deployment to post-Go Live, you will monitor system behavior, validate business requirements, and identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Change Impact Analysis
- Assess proposed changes to identify risks and quality concerns.
- Validate that system updates meet business requirements and maintain operational integrity.
- Document QA findings and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Define scope of work and quality standards with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, project managers, and vendors.
- Prepare meeting agendas, lead discussions on quality, and document key decisions.
- Provide regular status updates and facilitate review sessions.
3. Process Integrity & Optimization
- Review operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to a target operating model.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
- Experience in investment or banking-related processes is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Experience testing across platforms (mobile & desktop).
- Familiarity with SaaS product development and API testing.
- Tools: JIRA (defect tracking, test case management), Qlik/Power BI (data validation & dashboards).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
