Job Description (JD)
1. 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst role
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a Life/General Insurance or Takaful company.
3. Strong knowledge of BA, UAT and operational workflows.
4. Proven experience in defining functional requirements and specifications for Banking systems.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
6. Familiarity with API testing, automation tools, and database queries is a plus.
