We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive - Intermediate Level to join our team. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and assisting with IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in various IT domains and a desire to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- System and Network Administration: Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Ensure network stability, security, and performance.
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Assist with the procurement, setup, and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls, and data backup procedures.
- Project Assistance: Support the IT Manager in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and new purchases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT support or administrative role.
- Proven experience with server administration (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange) and network management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
