1. Project Management:
· Lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
· Coordinate resources, manage project schedules, and communicate progress to management.
· Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Sales Force Automation Project:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of SFA tools with other business applications and systems.
· Provide training and support to sales teams for optimal use of the automation platform.
3. Jet Data Warehouse:
- Lead the development of Jet data warehouse for reporting, data analysis and other forms of business intelligence.
- Ensure smooth data flow and reporting capabilities within the Jet Data Warehouse.
4. Electronic Data Interchange:
- Lead the development of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to improve sales order processing speed and reduce errors
· Collaborate with external partners for EDI integration projects to improve supply chain, customer relationships, and other business operations.
5. Jet Reports Knowledge & Business Report Design:
- Develop and design business reports using Jet Reports for data analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure reports are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s data strategy.
· Provide support and training to users to effectively navigate and utilize business reports.
6. Hardware Management:
- Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware infrastructure.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT hardware, including the retirement and disposal of outdated systems.
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT hardware by conducting regular maintenance and performance checks.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems and infrastructure align with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
