Responsibilities:
- Assist and support in day-to-day HR matters
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities
- Providing administrative support for HR processes and documentation
- Helping to coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Providing general HR support to employees and management as needed
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, handling office supplies, and support any ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Administrative Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support.
- Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.
- RM600 Monthly Allowance = Diploma. RM800 Monthly Allowance - Degree.
