- Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and distribute content on Social Media channels.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content.
- Support marketing team at live and online events.
- Handle Customer Service across various channels including Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, Website.
- Assist in marketing initiatives on those channels
- Research - trends, competitors and new initiatives.
Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries on products and orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with B2B email queries and forms.
- Engage with customers on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Update lead contact details daily.
- Submit weekly reports on leads and sales performance.
E-Commerce Operations:
- Analyze sales data to track trends and performance.
- Help plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Research industry trends and competitors.
- Manage content uploads on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with live e-commerce campaigns and sessions.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales and promotions.
