Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our data mapping efforts. The role involves matching and aligning data fields between different data sources or formats, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readiness to support business decisions. Basic Excel skills are essential, as much of the work will involve working with spreadsheets and structured data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data mapping by identifying and aligning data fields between internal and external data sources.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate, compare, and validate data.
- Document mapping rules and data relationships clearly.
- Work closely with Team member to understand data structures and business needs.
- Assist in data validation and quality checks during and after mapping.
- Track and report mapping progress and issues.
- Maintain documentation for future reference and audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting, filtering, lookups).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and processes carefully.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
