Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics arrangement in compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Assist in manage and monitoring local and oversea delivery and transportation.
- Assist in import and export declaration filings.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, and export declarations.
- Liaise with internal (other departments) and external (customers) to communicate wisely regarding logistics arrangement.
- Follow up closely and track shipment status to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in a wide range of administrative duties to support and facilitate the operations of the company.
- Maintain and execute maintenance schedule.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job & Skill Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain / Management or equivalent academic background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel & Office.
- Self driven with a strong desire to excel.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
