-Attend and assist customer's needs in Body and Paint Insurance claims and cash repairs as per guideline and requirement.
-Perform claim applications via Merimen and other related systems under the guideline and procedure of insurance company and principal.
-Attend customer complaints in relation to claims cost and repair methods within the specified time frame.
-Provide technical advice on correct methods of repair and explain the inconsistency of the damages to the relevant parties.
