Job Responsibilities
- Manage and response to inbound leads from various channels, including phone calls, live chat, and webform leads in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support event-drive lead activities, including registration drives and RSVP management.
- Conduct contact discovery and lead enrichment using imported list from data tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across all inbound channels.
- Accurately capture, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system such as SFDC
- Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer support to reinforce positive brand perception.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, processes and center operational procedures.
- Assist in contact discovery initiatives to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc task or project assigned by the company, including outbound support when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) phone-based and chat sales, specifically in hardware and Services
- Quick to adopt new skills, motivated for career development, and able to develop an excellent understanding of the value proposition of company’s solution.
- Knowledge of various tools like SFDC, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha etc
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering quality service.
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in business study
- Previous experience in a contact center, inside sales or lead development role preferred.
