JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support and coordinate with sales department.
- To attend customers and suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries.
- To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation and follow up delivery.
- To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications and requirements as stated in PO/DO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position will be added advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
