Inbound Customer Service (Contract: 6 months – 1 year)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls
Answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase
Assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)
Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
Any other adhoc jobs may be assigned from time to time
Able to work 6 days a week including weekends/PH
24/7 operation, work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends

Job Requirements:

Minimum education qualification: Minimum SPM
Language proficiency: English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia
Communication skill: Good in communication, calmness
Other requirements: Literate with computers applications and trained in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willing to work on shift schedule; including Public Holiday and Weekend
Ability to remain long hour in the close room environment, concentration to the calls monitoring, and good communication skill

Weekend & Public Holiday included.
