Role Purpose
Lead the processes and execution of delivering the brand strategy at the point of sales by providing on-time, in full and fit-for-purpose Point-of-Sales material designs for all the categories (Derma, Cosmetics & Healthcare)
Lead end to end production & planning of instore activations, ensuring seamless execution in store
Key Accountabilities
Commercial Operations (Ensuring Picture of Success, PICOS)
POSM : Work in close collaboration with Head of In Store Excellence of Lead Market to activate Innovation Packages from Lead Market to produce POSM materials. Reviewing all POSM materials and design structure with Agency & Head of SCM
PICOS : Lead and Activate PICOS for all the categories (Derma, Cosmetics & Healthcare) in all Retail Environment. Approving all final artwork (Mailers & POSM) according to brand guidelines
AGENCY MANGEMENT : Lead and be the single point of contact in terms of POSM agency management.
GWP : Lead and Own GWP management across all categories. Work in collaboration with SCM Category Managers & Procurement to define fit for use GWP items tailored to activation objective.
In Store Execution
TRAX : Monitoring the execution and ensuring the compliance of what has been planned as PICOS.
TOP STORES : Work with Category teams to drive Top store Programs across different categories & RE.
IN STORE ACTIVATION/CONCOURSE : Lead and work in collaboration with SCM Category Managers, Retail Team & Event agency to execute the in -store execution & concourse event that has been planned by respective SCM Category Managers.
Be the owner of Monthly KCP Campaign POSM development timeline . Ensure that the Design agencies delivers the POSM design/artwork on time.
Ensure that POSM requirement of each brand/category is incorporated across all required design/artwork.
Work in collaboration with CDM and Sales Operations team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Manage all POSM & GWP budgets as per ABP.
Act as the custodian of the Perfect Store concept , driving adherence to operational guidelines.
Manage internal and external events related to instore excellence.
Your Profile
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing
Knowledge of MT channels (Drugstore, Hyper, Super) is required.
Highly collaborative with the ability to work across internal and external functions.
Pragmatic, Dynamic and Independent individual with a "hands on" style
Experienced working with external agencies/vendors
Good interpersonal and communication skills; with a great team player attitude
Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
Fluent English
