Responsibilites
- Provide comprehensive administration to support on full spectrum of HR function including payroll (mysyarikat system), recruitment, orientation, training & development program etc.
- Responsible for various correspondences on HR matter.
- Assist with administration of day to day office operation including utilities bills, receive and record correspondence letter/parcel, answer phone calls.
- Leave management – aware overall employee’s attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
- Maintain systematic and traceable filing system and safekeeping of documents and records.
- To co-ordinate upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- To carry out any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirements: -
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Have own transportation to come to office in Taman Equine Seri Kembangan
Working Time :
- Monday- Friday : 8.00am-4.30pm
- Saturday : 8.00am-12.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
