Job Summary:
Ezcare Warranty is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Executive to oversee and manage all HR functions across our group of companies. This role is based at our headquarters in Bandar Baru Bangi and requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset who can handle HR operations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, leave management, and industrial relations.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
- Coordinate HR operations across all companies under the Ezcare Warranty group of companies umbrella.
- Handle staffing needs, manpower planning, and succession planning for various departments.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary issues, grievance handling, and ensure fair employment practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting.
- Support and advise management on HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and culture-building activities.
Requirements:
- Age: 35 years and below
- Language: Fluent in Malay and English
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resource management.
- Prior experience managing HR for multiple business entities or group of companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, HR best practices, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR software/tools, and reporting.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel between business units or branches when required.
