JOB SCOPE
Review and design compensation and benefits packages timely based on internal and external needs.
Design and monitor the performance review procedures.
Develop HR policies & SOP and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Assist in digitalize the HR management
Assist in HR department daily operation
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Diploma/ BSc/ MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Objective-oriented and problem solving ability
Proficient in English writing and speaking
Mandarin speaker is preferable
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Familiar with Human Resources Management Systems
