About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Overseas HR Manager to manage HR operations across our international offices. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting cross-cultural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR functions in overseas markets (recruitment, C&B, performance, training, employee relations).
- Develop and manage overseas compensation & benefits policies.
- Build and implement HR processes that balance HQ standards with local practices.
- Support business expansion with workforce planning and talent pipelines.
- Partner with leaders to recruit, onboard, and develop overseas employees.
- Lead performance management and training programs.
- Handle employee relations, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and report updates to HQ.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5–8 years HR management experience, including at least 3 years in overseas or MNC roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and cross-cultural management.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- HR certifications and China-related experience are advantages.
- Willing to travel frequently or take overseas assignments.

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
