Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and updating of eLearning materials.
- Collaborate with the People Development team to ensure content quality and relevance.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training modules.
- Support the team in various tasks related to eLearning content management,
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
- Strong interest in eLearning and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
