As People Services Specialist - EWF, you’ll Coordinate and manage external workforce activities.
Main responsibilities:
Operation
- Coordinate and manage external workforce activities in CREW and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of People Services JPAC and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
- Manage External Workforce Master Data, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
- Manage External Workforce Master Data changes in CREW and related systems, coordinate with external parties for training as required
- Administer contract end activities, coordinate collection of assets
- Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
- Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope and become a super-user
- Pro-actively anticipate operational issues
- Build, document and transfer Core Model process knowledge relating to External Workforce management
- Ensuring all Internal Control framework and comply with all local rules, regulation including statutory requirements.
- Build a strong stakeholder management especially with main local stakeholders which are: People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Digital, Finance Operations..
- Gathering and analyzing HR data, monitoring HR metrics, supporting HR initiatives, and providing insights to improve HR processes and strategies.
- Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database
- Closely interact with other regions to ensure harmonized and transversal process implementation
- Manage onboarding offboarding communication guide and activities with external worker, anager, and stakeholders
- Upkeep the document and communication guide up to date
- Identify Continuous improvement on the EWF processes (simplification, standardization, harmonization, optimization and automation)

- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
- Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Functional
- Good understanding of the end-to-end HR process and activities (essential)
- Experience in running HR services within a Business Services organization (advantageous)
- Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.) (advantageous)
- Good business acumen (advantageous)
- Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)
Technical
- Good understanding of and hands on experience with External Workforce Management related tools & systems (essential) as e.g. SAP Fieldglass (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)
Interpersonal
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HRS front line teams with an end to end mindset (essential)
- Good communication skills (advantageous)
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback (advantageous)

About you
- Graduate or Master’s degree with HR or business administration (essential)
- Fresh graduate up to 2 years' of work experience
- Good and proven experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous)
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Fluent in Korean, Japanese (advantageous)
