We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team at WYLD Group. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction across our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and process offboarding paperwork.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage employee leave and attendance.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Assist in staff benefits including but not limiting to staff payment, medical, insurance, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
