Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Billing
- Prepare and file delivery orders, consignment notes, and shipping documents.
- Process and check Petronas bills (fuel, toll, terminal charges).
- Handle DGC (Dagang Net Customs) billing and related port charges.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Communication & Support
- Liaise with internal teams to support haulage operations.
- Assist with basic follow-up on billing or document issues.
- Provide clerical support to the operations and accounts departments.
Administration
- Maintain and update transport-related records and databases.
- Assist in reconciling bills, statements, and petty cash claims.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
