We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
