ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Perform general office administrative duties to support daily operations.
2. Oversee office maintenance activities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
3. Manage non-trade purchase orders (POs) and process related invoices accurately and on time.
4. Submit monthly printer meter readings and water meter readings accurately and on schedule.
5. Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Assist with the handling of incoming and outgoing letters, documents, and arrange courier services as required.
7. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly and professionally.
8. Support the coordination and execution of company events by assisting with logistics, vendor arrangements, and on-site event activities (if any).
9. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to organizational needs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
1. Experience in an administrative or office support role.
2. Fluent in English and good communication skill is needed.
3. Able to work independently.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
