- Leadership and Management:
- Leading and mentoring HR and administrative staff.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Serving as a liaison between employees and management.
- Managing the HR and administrative budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
