Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to manage the company’s human resources functions and accounting activities, particularly salary processing. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, payroll management, and basic accounting principles to ensure smooth operations for our workers and compliance with company and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Manage attendance records, leave applications, and overtime claims.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Accounts:
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
- Calculate deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax, etc.) and submit statutory contributions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for employee-related expenses.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Handle petty cash, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or accounts.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
