Marketing Executive
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationship.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, local, regional and specialist publications, depending on the organizational and the campaign.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.
- Writing and proof reading copy.
- Liaising with designers and printers.
- Organizing phot shoots.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Organizing and attending events such as conference, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
- To do a monthly 'feedback' card return summary.
- Ensure monthly new patients statistics with fall done detail by customer care.
- To submit monthly management report.
- Supporting the CEO and other colleagues.
Graphic Designer
- Identify and strategize digital marketing initiatives across SEM and SEO, email marketing, social media and other platforms where there are opportunities.
- Creating, implementing, and driving campaigns through various media channels and platforms with a focus on social media and emerging performance marketing channels.
- Overseeing and managing user acquisition campaigns – branding, content marketing, retargeting - to reach, engage, grow and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs.
- Implement the content schedule to support Specialties’ or other departments’ campaigns.
- Coordinating the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with specialities or other departments’ key person or 3rd party vendors in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating closely with key executives and Heads to align user acquisition activities with other business functions.
- Monitor the performance of the website and social media on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead the implementation of these capabilities; such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future business growth.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
