Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Design Personalization
· Design personalized products such as tiffin, Tumbler, mugs, stationery, gift set and other merchandise based on customer requirements.
· Apply customer-provided details (e.g. names, dates, short text, photos) into existing product design templates.
· Review and interpret customer briefs, design inputs, or uploaded artwork.
· Create mock-ups and visuals for customer approval before production
2. Design Adaptation & Editing
- Edit existing templates or artwork to meet customer specifications.
- Adjust text, colours, layout, or graphics to suit product size, shape, or material.
- Ensure all customer designs meet print/production standards (resolution, alignment, bleed, etc.).
3. Customer Interaction (if applicable)
- Provide visual mockups or proof files for customer review and approval.
4. Pre-Production & Print File Preparation
- Prepare and export high-resolution, print-ready files for production.
- Ensure file formats, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and die-cuts meet printing requirements.
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot and finalize output.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and production departments.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance the customization experience and design variety.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)
- Familiarity with print processes and file setup for various production methods (screen printing, sublimation, digital print, etc.).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow customer instructions accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and prioritize efficiently.
