Job Description
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in managing office supplies and ensure stock is replenished when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HOD or management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
