A Toys Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring toy products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and effectively promoted to maximize sales. Their job scope includes:
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure toys are available at all times.
- Placing orders with the HQ to replenish stock based on demand.
- Preventing overstock or stock shortages by analyzing sales trends.
2. Visual Merchandising & Display
- Arranging toy displays to attract children and parents.
- Ensuring shelves are neat, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Setting up promotional displays, standees, and end caps to highlight bestsellers.
3. Sales & Promotions
- Implementing seasonal promotions (e.g., Christmas, school holidays).
- Working with marketing teams to promote new toy launches.
- Monitoring competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product placement.
4. Store & Supplier Coordination
- Communicating with HQ to place purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
- Building strong relationships with store managers and toy brands.
- Negotiating for better shelf space and prominent product placements.
- Ensuring pricing labels and promotional tags are correctly placed.
5. Market Research & Reporting
- Tracking sales performance of toys and suggesting improvements.
- Analyzing customer preferences and trending toys.
- Providing feedback to HQ on product performance and market demand.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
