Location : Kamdar HQ - Jalan TAR Kuala Lumpur
Job Scope:
1. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Accurately enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
2. Invoicing & Payments
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments where necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.
3. Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. Documentation & Filing
- Organize and file all accounting documents for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.
5. Support Functions
- Provide general support to the finance team as required.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Supervisor.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Alternate Saturdays
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
