Job Scope:
- To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
- Learn deeply about products and be proficient in demonstrating them
- Monitor Store Operations.
- To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
- Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
- To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
- To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
- To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met.
- To perform cashiering duties
- To comply with all operational standards
- Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
- Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Experienced in Retail sales before
- Able to work on Rotational Shift (5 days work & 2 day off)
