Job Summary
The Sales Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers at the Cosway Experience Centre. This role involves promoting products, ensuring a pleasant customer experience, and supporting the daily administrative and operational needs of the sales floor.
Job Description
- Greet visitors warmly and handle them professionally.
- Promote products to visitors/customers and drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area is well-maintained
- Support the day-to-day administrative tasks of the sales office
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
Job Requirements:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Flexibility to work various shift, including weekends & p/holidays, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
