- Job Description:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Full-Time to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. You will also play an essential role in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries about store products and promotions.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and ensure proper change is given.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and store security.
Qualifications:
- High school SPM or equivalent.
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM1,900.00 per month
