Role Overview
MAD COFFEE Puchong is looking for a full-time Barista to join our growing team. You’ll be the heart of the café — preparing drinks with precision, engaging customers with warmth, and contributing to a consistent, welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do
- Craft consistently high-quality coffee beverages
- Learn and execute our signature drink recipes and cake
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café space
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties
- Contribute to a positive, team-first environment
- Be part of seasonal launches and events, like new menu drops or pop-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is preferred
- Passionate about coffee, food, and café culture
- Great communication and people skills — friendly, clear, and calm under pressure
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and pride in quality and presentation
- Interest in creative drinks and hospitality is a big plus
