Job Summary
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of the brand— welcoming guests, preparing consistently excellent drinks, and creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer. You'll work closely with your team to maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility includes but are not limited to
*Prepare and serve high-quality beverage, food and whole bean products with attention to detail
*Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, take orders, and provide product recommendations to ensure satisfaction
*Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal specials and ingredients
*Operate and maintain company equipment and machinery with efficiency, and in accordance with operational guidelines.
*Handle payments accurately and with integrity while using the POS system
*Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
*Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures
*Support your team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours
*Contribute to a fun, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
