Job Scope / Duties
- Reception Duties: Greet patients, handle check-in and check-out
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, reminders, and cancellations
- Phone & Email: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage inquiries
- Billing & Payments: Handle billing, insurance claims, collect payments, issue receipts
- Records Management: Update and maintain patient records in the system
- Waiting Area: Keep waiting area tidy, manage patient flow
- Customer Service: Address patient concerns, assist with forms, explain clinic policies
- Admin Support: General office admin, stock front desk supplies
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset
- Organization and time management
- Computer skills (clinic software, Microsoft Office)
- Professional appearance
Qualifications
- SPM or higher; diploma in administration/customer service an advantage
- Mandarin Speaking
Work Environment
- Mainly at the front desk/reception area
- Wears business attire or clinic’s designated uniform
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
