Responsibilities
- Attend Front Office Operations such as being a Front-line Cashier, administrative work-related to bank reconciliation and support backend issuance of receipts.
- Attend inbound calls and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations, handle administrative work related to inquiries from the department’s email boxes / company’s WhatsApp.
- To conduct telesales to cross-selling on CED’s products such as CRM and Insurance
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when handling cash and transactions
