Role :
Managing all aspects of Foreign Worker administration and documentation
Job description:
- Coordinate with overseas partners on the recruitment and interview of foreign workers
- To handle documentation and submission for work permit application, renewal, RTK
- Coordinate with KDN, Immigration, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Malaysia (JTKSM), Embassy, on documents processing
- Oversee and ensure that issues arise with foreign workers are resolved soonest possible
- Handle foreign workers health check with FOMEMA
- Ensure that immediate attention is given to foreign workers medical issues if anyone is seriously ill, dispute or misconduct in workplace and at hostel
- Able to travel out of town as and when required to attend to foreign workers' matter
- To ensure the work permits for foreign workers are renewed on time.
- To ensure HR related reports are submitted on the timely basis.
- To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Must have min 1 year experience in Foreign Worker management and documentation
- Able to draft letters in BM and English
- Ability to organize and prioritize task effectively.
- Overseeing the welfare of foreign workers and compliance to regulation
- Independent and able to make sound judgement and decisions when required ·
- Able to work with minimum supervision
