Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, banquets, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service and product standards.
- Plan and manage F&B budgets, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to design menus, promotions, and banquet offerings.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements for continuous service excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Knowledge of F&B software systems is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per operational needs.
