Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing kiosk operations.
- Ensure kiosk quality and service standards are maintained.
- Prepare reports such as Daily Sales, Monthly Sales, and Closing Stock.
- Handle documents such as PRN, PO, CPR, claims, and quotations.
- Manage kiosk operations when required.
Requirements:
- Valid Food Handling Certificate (KKM) and Typhoid Injection.
- SPM/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and good multitasking skills.
