Technical Skill:
1. Knowledge of payroll systems and financial regulations.
2. Familiarity with manpower supply operations, contract terms, and oil & gas project structures.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
4. Microsoft Office skills: knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills for coordination with HR, Procurement, and Project Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Payroll:
1. Manage monthly payroll processing for contract/project-based staff.
2. Ensure accuracy of salary payments, claims, deductions (SOCSO, EPF, PCB, EIS, etc.), and statutory compliance.
3. Coordinate with HR and site/project teams to validate attendance, overtime, and allowances.
4. Prepare monthly payroll reports and summaries for management review.
Accounting / Finance:
5. Monitor project-related costing and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
6. Track and process payments to subcontractors, vendors, and third-party manpower providers.
7. Maintain and update financial records for audit and tax reporting.
8. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management related to manpower projects.
Contract Finance Support:
9. Review and validate manpower supply contract terms related to finance (payment terms, rates, billing cycles, penalties, etc.).
10. Monitor financial KPIs and performance metrics in relation to contract obligations.
11. Support contract renewal costing, rate negotiation, and pricing strategies from a finance perspective.
