Job description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Job scope in UBS Computerized Accounting
- To enter all transactions to the UBS on daily basis.
- Able to handle full set of accounts and responsible for the complete accounting functions of the company
- Responsible for filing accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner
- Ensure data and records kept up-to-date
- Perform bank reconciliation statements and assist in daily/ monthly banking matters
- To assist in liaising with local government. Tax agents, auditors and company secretary
- To assist in admin related activities and other tasks from time to time.
- To perform other duties responsibilities as and when necessary on ad-hoc basis
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Identify and resolve errors and discrepancies
- Responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, and emails
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
