Responsibilities: -
- To coordinate corporate secretarial and administrative matters with Trust company and government office in Labuan.
- To support headquarter office on bill collection, payment arrangement, banking, and other finance related matters.
- To support Finance month end closing and reporting submission to LFSA.
- Diary Management
- Greeting visitors with a high level of customer service
- Monitoring of incoming/outgoing staff
- Organizing venues/catering for workshops
- Stationery & amenities management
- Assist office manager with admin duties and sourcing of products/suppliers
- General administration duties
Requirement:-
- Recent graduate or undergraduate student from UMS Labuan.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Computer knowledge required (MS Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Preferable with accounting knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
