Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate catering events for corporate events, and social gatherings
- Oversee all aspects of a catering operation, from menu planning and food preparation to logistics and execution
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, select vendors and suppliers, and ensure that all event details are executed within budget and on schedule
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with clients
- Hire and train staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of event planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during an event and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor catering trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services and increase revenue
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on catering performance, including financial analysis and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and external vendors
- Experience in event planning and catering operations
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing, select vendors and suppliers, and manage budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
