Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of multiple Ipoh Ais Kopi shops, ensuring compliance with SOPs and food safety standards.
· Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.
· Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff for all outlets.
· Implement and monitor food quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and presentation to maintain high standards.
· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
· Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
· Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
· Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory across outlets.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in F&B management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Experience in recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding staff.
· Knowledge of food quality control, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
· Familiarity with cost management, inventory control, and F&B industry trends.
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
